When we were there I got to play for a few days with
Moses.
He's a 'REALLY COOL' [For 'really cool' please read 'sexy' wink
wink!] Spinone boy who looks after Jayne and the other humans in her
family. I have to say he was really, really, really cool - if you know what I mean!! In fact he was really cool really often - sometimes more than once a day!! He was so cool that he was almost 'freezing'!!!!! :-) |

When my humans came to fetch me I had to pretend to be pleased
to see them and do all that jumping up and
licking and slurping stuff that these humans like! Uuugchhh!!
Don't these humans taste funny?? Must be what they eat eh?? I wouldn't have bothered 'cos I was REALLY enjoying myself but I didn't want my humans to know just how good a time I had had away from them - it might have upset them!! And anyway I knew it was only a few days till Christmas and I didn't want to miss out on my Roast Turkey dinner did I? |

See what I mean about humans
being a bit thick? That Christmas dinner they make so much fuss
about... they only have it once a year and they're the ones who go
and buy the food - If they were clever like us canines they could
have it every single day of the year!!! That's 365 Christmas dinners
- oh doggie heaven or what??? That'd be almost as cool as
Moses!!! Oh yes... I was telling you about him wasn't I... So, sadly, I had to say a tearful 'Arrivederci' to Moses but I hope I can get my humans to take me back to play with him again some time!! It'll be nice to see Jayne again too 'cos for a human she's really nice. |

Anyway, now I'm back in
Wales
by the seaside - and I get to play with my 7 doggie pals at home and
sometimes on the beach too! But only in the winter! Some strange
thing my humans call "The
B%&$&y Council" won't let us play on the beach in the summer
when it's hot, but apparently they say that it's OK when the water
and the weather is freezing cold - Ooops back to that thing about
humans being stupid again!! Sorry I'll get off my dog-food-box now! Also some strange things have started happening since I got back. Now us girls like to watch our weight but I just seem to be getting bigger and bigger! And my humans don't seem to mind 'cos they've started giving me all extra food and stuff and keep going on about extra vitamins and minerals and "...eating for 8 or 9 or 10..." and now they're going all soppy and gooey and cuddly and talk about me "...having teaspoons...". |

Then things got even stranger.
Daddy went off for the day in that 'car' thing and came back with a
huge great big box that they've put in the bedroom next to where
Mummy sleeps at night. They keep saying that it's for "...Spoon and
her 'teaspoons' when they arrive..." What's wrong with my big soft
comfortable dog bed eh? And what the hell are these 'teaspoons' they
keep going on about?? My weight just keeps going up and up and I'm sure that something moved INSIDE my tummy the other day! It was a very funny feeling, but it was very nice in a sort of way too! Since that happened my humans keep sticking a thing they call a 'stethoscope' on my tummy when I'm lying down and then they all go "Aaaagggghh" Humans? Guess I'll never understand them!!! |

So these 'teaspoons' the humans
seem so interested in right - well apparently they're not teaspoons
at all. I couldn't see it myself... all this excitement about a
small metal object used to stir hot drinks - mad if you ask me!! But
they are ONLY humans!
Apparently these silly humans have been referring to 'teaspoons' when what they actually mean to say is 'puppies', MY PUPPIES in fact !!! They're due to arrive about the 20th of February so I guess I'll have to wait till all this fuss is out of the way to get my figure back. And ALL this fuss about.... some teaspoons.. Oooops PUPPIES - Ye gads these humans have even got me at it now!!! |

Anyway the humans reckon that
some people might want to know a bit more information about Italian
Spinone's like me and my
puppies...
so... I've had a search about on the web - I'm doing all this at night of course when
the humans weren't about - aren't those
mouse things difficult to control with paws??? And I found these
sites...
